Honestly, I think there's a market for a professional trades phone support. There are so many cases were I just wish I could video chat and ask some basic questions from a professional plumber or electrician while I'm doing some DIY work. My pet insurance provides something similar, where I will call a veterinarian outside of office hours that can help my triage potential emergency issues.
