Yes, and most Pascal implementations (and the Pascal descendants) also have functioning module systems, unlike C. But worse is better.

- pjmlp 3y agoIt is more like, having a free beer OS to come alongside the language is a big selling point.
- WalterBright 3y agoImportC has a functioning module system! It's a consequence of it being built alongside a D compiler.
