Where do you see that a white person retiring and a white person being hired cancel each other out?
Yes, low level jobs contribute a lot to the final number, but the trend seems present at all levels presented in the report.
- jevoten 3y agoFrom what I recall of the discussion at the time, it's true - the Bloomberg article only looked at job growth, not all hires. Even so, only 6% of growth going to the 58% of the population that is white is highly skewed, and I don't follow how demographics of young job-seekers explains it.
