The fact that you are blocked from visiting a website does not mean that it has been “taken down”. I don’t know exactly what the domain you’re trying to access is but most likely this block is at a DNS level, so just stop using the DNS server provided by your ISP (which there is no reason to do anyway) and use something like https://www.dns0.eu/ https://www.dns0.eu/ or one of the many other alternatives instead. Also, in my opinion, yt-dlp is better.
