- raxxorraxor 3y agoShould I be convinced he has a better reason for discrimination than others? I am not for that matter. But if "diversity" can be an excuse, you can basically discriminate however you want. You could argue perhaps that this is the reality of the job market anyway. But it also isn't a good advertisement for anything.
