Would AMD be able to produce a core design with unified memory like that of Apple’s M series such that a Ryzen core with integrated GPU cores _and_ unified memory?
If they do, it will open up a lot of interesting doors.
As good as Apple’s M series CPUs are, one cannot (reasonably) simply build server rigs with them and exploit all that power..

- bnolsen 3y agoThat would eat into their discrete gpu sales. It would take courage to cannibalize their own sales.
