If the manager burns the store down, wouldn't his KPI plummet and he get the boot eventually?
- achenet 3y agoeventually... the delay between manager doing stupid action chasing KPI and store burning down may be large enough that the average manager is likely to burn the store down. If your goal is long-term success, those incentives might be misaligned.
