Exactly, it's not disinformation when the person is spreading the information through ignorance.
It's misinformation then they intentionally spread it, whilst knowing better.
- qarl 3y agoI disagree. For example, that's not the criteria social media sites use when they block disinformation. In these cases, nearly all of the people propagating the message are ignorant.
