That actually sounds horrible and even worse than Florida not having car inspections so half the cars on the road look like they're about to fall apart. I thought no inspections was awesome when I moved there (I build race cars) until I drove around and realized what that really meant. Nobody taking care of their cars. I saw a ton of little trucks with window unit air conditioners built on top. Mad max there.
