I never thought of it like that. I think that anger is misdirected - it should be to PGE / utilities that charge residential customers an arm and a leg where the actual market price is 30-40 cents lower than it should be. I don't think anyone under some NEM program would complain as long as what they export matches up with what PGE is charging.
