In Italian, it's common to append 'ino' or 'ina' to something when you want to imply it's a smaller or cuter version of itself. So 'quinino' might work here.

So 'quinino' might work here.
- bayindirh 3y agoIf you want something with more rhyme, poco-quine can also work, I guess, pq for short.
