Currently building Inkmi [0] - Dream Jobs for CTOs as a solo founder (no plan to grow). I do think that the productivity gains (cloud, open source, knowledge how to scale, frameworks like Rails/Lavarel) of the last 20 years have been eaten up in companies (e.g. by Scrum [1]). Comparing my startup of 1999 with the ones of 2023 I can't see huge gains in output/employee. I fear companies will do the same to productivity gains in AI. From both perspectives, MicroSaaS/solo founders are underrated and undervalued. Since some years I no longer believe Scrum is a good thing.
