- kameit00 3y agoHow a mistake made by Companies House, a UK government agency responsible for registering companies, killed the 124-year old Welsh engineering firm Taylor & Sons Ltd. This led to Taylor & Sons' business evaporating as orders were cancelled and credit withdrawn due to believing the company had ceased operations.
