  Underfinancialization also sucks. In Czechia there are tons of empty or uninsulated buildings that their owners could put to good economic use if only they could borrow money.

    De-hydration being a fatal problem is probably not a consolation for someone who is drowning in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
