- a_vanderbilt 3y agoJapanese business practices are backwards in many ways, but leadership at least exhibits a sense of personal responsibility when things go wrong. Labor protections are also improving in Japan as of late (as slowly as they change anything else), which I think will help some of their more ugly points.
