FOI laws are key to exposing AI wrongdoing. The current system isn't up it

  "It should also cause us to question whether our laws are fit to deal with the particular challenges of technology [...]". Interesting to see how it will play out throughout the world. From the little I know about existing FOI laws, the interpretation may not be easy for any party in most cases. Additional problems are caused by the fact that a public sector has often outsourced AI/ML to a private sector party, which subsequently will presumably refer to trade secrets and alike.
