Is there a way to control the pitch and roll of the treadmill to simulate an acceleration change? If the vestibular system is expecting a deceleration, make the treadmill have a slight upward slope along the axis where we would expect to slow down?

If you start pitching the treadmill the tricky part is that you'd probably need to rotate the person around their centre of mass, or somewhere close to it.
