- Kye 3y agoIt appears to be the sponsor bank for a number of fintech startups/"challenger" banks like Mercury. FDIC consent orders appear to be something like a cease and desist. The submitted PDF is non-specific on a skim, but refers to some less than scrupulous behavior.
