Uh ... it's in the best interest of users to not be allowed to choose to import their history in a different browser? Yeah, that sounds reasonable. Not.
- threeseed 3y agoChrome today is categorising that browsing history for advertisers. Who in turn are packaging it alongside other data to track you across the internet. Which for Apple and me as well is not worth a mild UX inconvenience.
- sgift 3y agoDon't get me wrong, I'm not using Chrome for all of these reasons and many more. But I'm not trusting Apple, Microsoft or Google to make the rules here. If people want to be stupid, that's their decision.
