I'm trying to think of any mythology which wouldn't be considered human-scale, like you describe, and can't really think of any at all.
Do you have any thoughts on some outliers as far as mythology goes?

- viraptor 3y agoThat's the usual idea of "mix some animal features and make it bigger". It's as down to earth as it gets with monsters.
- viraptor 3y agoHindu cosmology maybe? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hindu_cosmology https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hindu_cosmology I'd love to see a better example as well.
