- avidiax 3y agoYou forgot the risk of a lahar. Supposedly the lahar from a major earthquake could wipe out Sea-tac airport and all the communities south of Seattle. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lahar https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lahar
