  Squatting is like playing piano. If you don't start at the age of 5 then you will never be good at it.

    That's not true though. I learned Piano at 18, and fine I may never become a virtuoso, but I'm good enough play what I want to play.

    He says that you can definitely learn it later in life, it's a muscle building exercise like any other
