  If you’re in the United States, I promise you that any specialist you need to see will not have all your relevant data - I was once had a procedure held up because they could not get my weight imported from a different computer in the same hospital, because the electronic medical record was on different versions.

    Probably because it would have been helpful to you, the actual subject of the data, and already guaranteed paying customer.
