Apart from the EU-only carveout, this is surprisingly more capable than I expected. I thought Apple would have done the bare minimum and continue to disallow JIT and multiple processes, but they have paths to allow other engines to do that. It doesn't seem anywhere near as petty as the rest of Apple's DMA compliance.
