- ars 3y agoThey have the original DNA so at least it would be very easy to determine guilt or innocence? If someone is under arrest can they refuse to give a DNA sample? Can cops take some hair left behind?
- kabouseng 3y agoUnless the lab makes a mistake and contaminates the suspects DNA sample, then you win yourself wrongful imprisonment...
