Anecdotal, but I've got a Radeon RX 7600 at the moment and was using an RX 580 before. Just an hour ago I played Witcher3 through Steam/Proton/Wine on my 4k TV.

Anecdotal, but I've got a Radeon RX 7600 at the moment and was using an RX 580 before. Just an hour ago I played Witcher3 through Steam/Proton/Wine on my 4k TV. I haven't done any tinkering with drivers or anything, it just works out of the box even with my stupid self-compiled Gentoo kernel. The RX 580 went into the secondary box running OpenSUSE and works equally well there.
