Deno 1.40: Temporal API

  Ah, it's yet another date/time API. For a second there, I thought it would allow me to travel back and forward with the program state, or something like that, ala temporal databases, but didn't turn out to be that exciting.     Why PlainDate instead of LocalDate et cetera? This is already copying the successful java.time API, there's no value in renaming the types to something less precise.

    Me too, clicked thinking that there would be some Datomic-like functionality.
