I discovered a tiny frog that lives its whole life inside one plant
- yawpitch 3y agoThe late, great, possibly most human of humans, Terry Pratchett, had so much to say about just such a species that Truckers, Diggers, and Wings, the Nome Trilogy, is also known as the Bromeliad Trilogy. All because a central plot point, and one of the many, many, many most beautiful things Terry ever wrote, hinged on a miniscule frog living in the rare water inside a waxy plant high up a tree. If you haven’t read it, do so… then go spend your life fighting to preserve beautiful things in the world.
