Show HN: Update your libraries using AI
- 8organicbits 3y agoListing the benefits over tools like dependabot and LicenseFinder [1] would help. What does the AI actually do? Summarize dependency changelogs? One of my projects [2] wraps LicenceFinder in a GitHub action (Ruby only until I merge a pending PR). - semanser 3y agoI will make sure to update the website to include the list of benefits, thanks! The AI usage here allows DepsHub to actually update the code in case of breaking changes (eg a library renamed some function or changed its imports). This is possible due to the fact that DepsHub scans both the changelog/release notes for all the libraries that you're using as well as your codebase. I've recorded 1 min demo if you're curious how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6U9E7XAD2B4&t=1s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6U9E7XAD2B4&t=1s
