Somebody has to serve a robot full-time (or preferably more than one identical robot without much additional effort) and it would be someone else usually who would be expected on site occasionally for scheduled maintenance visits and on-call for priority service.
The robot(s) under nominal operation will need to accomplish a certain multiple of the remaining human effort involved in the end or it does not become as financially feasible as it could be.
You can't really say the only thing that matters is who the robot replaces. The irreplaceable people that make it possible by serving the robots are very important to the equation.
