Why DEI Leaders Are Burning Out – and How Organizations Can Help
- lebean 3y agoTurnover of 3 years!? That's pretty good.
- fasthands9 3y agoI may be dumb on this - but how do they even calculate this? DEI departments at most companies are not even that old so it would be impossible for someone to be at their job for 5 years or more. Which would effect the average if it was calculated as a straightforward average. Is it that the median employee last 3 years? With half leaving sooner? Or something else.
- jjackson5324 3y ago> Still, despite being high-status, well-compensated jobs, those doing DEI work endure extensive burnout, resulting in high turnover, and have an average tenure of only three years. ....what? Three years is really long?
- fwungy 3y agoSuch awful "emotional labor", imagine people who are having their careers stifled and destroyed by useless DEI policies not happily playing along. They can play with your career and life as they please if you're the wrong color/sex, but press back and you're a racist who must be destroyed.
