Also in California, I was alone and unhappy until following Jesus. Since then I’ve met a ton of like minded youth in my area and we engage in all sorts of good and fun activities. It is without a doubt the best choice I’ve ever made (modulo Calvinist objections). I’d highly recommend anyone feeling unsatisfied by the social norms of the day to try visiting a few local churches of various denominations with an open mind.
