- moolcool 3y agoIs it illegal in the US to hack your own HP printer? I remember ~20 years ago there was a pretty huge cottage industry in grey market inkjet refills and DRM circumvention

- declan_roberts 3y agoIndividual use gets a lot of privilege in US law (rightly so!) but commercial purposes get the stick. In this it would probably be a cease and desist to the copy business
