They scheduled a new collection with the same logistics company. The logistics company didn't show up again. I called them again and they offered to schedule a third collection with the same logistics company. They were adamant that I must return the piece of junk or pay for it. Apparently Amazon believes I'm supposed to spend a full month at home waiting for a company whose pickup process for amazon returns is broken or no longer exists, and THEN pay for the privilege.
