My impression was the the Spirit mentioned in the comment was Spirit AeroSystems, not Spirit Airlines, so the relationship between the two companies is the other way around; Boeing is the customer.
- JohnFen 3y agoSpirit Aerosystems also used to be Boeing, but Boeing spun out that division years ago. I don't know, but it seems to me that history makes the relationship between the two more than just supplier/customer.
