Surely the fasteners use a captive nut like a castle nut and pin/wire. Loose doesn't mean much in that context.
- hnarn 3y agoThe type of fastener used doesn’t matter much if the bolt was missing completely, which is still a distinct possibility. Perhaps we'll never know, but at least some information will be disseminated sooner or later from the investigations now ongoing.
