Hitting Ctrl-F or :ControlTFlush so I can open a file that Rails or Git or whatever added to the project directory is one of my biggest issues with Command-T. Sublime Text 2 gets it right, but it's Vim compatibility mode isn't quite there yet. Will this automatically update its cache as new files are added?
