Worker Happiness decreasing in times of economic downturn?
Color me surprised.
- tsotha 15y agoThat's what I was thinking. During the bubble unhappy people would quit and find another job (usually in the reverse order). Now they're stuck, because they can't find anything else. So you'd expect the average level of worker happiness to go down even before you factor in companies trying to take advantage.
