This isn't an issue worth fixing because basically nobody else is worried about signing up for an Apple ID if they want to update their business information with Apple. If that's the blocker, you'll just have to rely on Apple to update Apple's business information directory, or get a friend to do it, or simply click "Report an Issue" when using Apple Maps.
