Exactly what is keeping us from having a system where viewers just directly pay content creators? (And the likes of Game of Thrones is distributed therein?)
- woofcat 3y agoDistributed risk. Publisher's lose money on lots of content under the context of earning it on others. If somehow you could mega selectively pick it would be very expensive.
- cheriot 3y agoThere's a lot of movies available to "rent" or buy for a couple dollars, but more people pay for bundles than a la cart.
