The tagline for this movie was something like "Anyone who offends China, no matter how remote, must be killed." The villains are all American/European mercenaries. The whole plot of the film revolves around saving a Chinese-owned factory in Africa from the evil, and apparently racist?, American bad guy. The Chinese Navy shows up at the end to save the day as the savior of the African people, while the Americans are called useless. The film ends on a picture of a fucking Chinese passport. I'll watch propaganda movies, but I prefer them to be a little less thinly veiled.
