That movie is so about nurturing resentment and conflict with the West, that it coined the term wolf warrior diplomacy

- PaulHoule 3y agoHave you seen the movie? It is very easy for lazy western propagandists to make up a phrase based the title of a movie that almost nobody in the west has seen and almost certain they won’t be held accountable for making shit up. They are making movies now that are intensely resentful but that’s because relations have gotten a lot worse.
- ThisIsMyAltAcct 3y agoThe tagline for this movie was something like "Anyone who offends China, no matter how remote, must be killed." The villains are all American/European mercenaries. The whole plot of the film revolves around saving a Chinese-owned factory in Africa from the evil, and apparently racist?, American bad guy. The Chinese Navy shows up at the end to save the day as the savior of the African people, while the Americans are called useless. The film ends on a picture of a fucking Chinese passport. I'll watch propaganda movies, but I prefer them to be a little less thinly veiled.
