There's another consideration when choosing a project management tool: staying power. I was evaluating options for my company a while back and I skipped Linear, Shortcut, etc. because I have no idea if they'll still be around in 5 years. We ended up choosing YouTrack. It's fast, cheap (for small teams), been around for over 10 years, and JetBrains uses it for their issue tracking.
GitHub has been consistently improving their project management feature set in the last few years, so it's becoming a viable replacement for other tools (although it still has a ways to go).
