- bell-cot 3y agoFull Headline: "...capabilities, and it will stay that way" If you're after bragging rights, or economic advantage in one of the (very few) areas where the latest-and-greatest chipmaking tech is a major advantage...okay, it'd be nice if the headline was true. If you're worried that China is aggressive, nasty, and all-too-powerful nation already - then the headline far less comforting.
