Yes, in my personal experience as the owner of two Teslas. Over 3+ years, they have required zero maintenance. I suspect it's because they lack all those moving parts and messy fluids in an internal combustion engine that do require regular service. Most of my charging (well over 90%) is at home. I don't know about other EV brands.
