Is there a market in OKC for this much space at the psf you’d need to support developing it? Or is this some local billionaire’s vanity project?
- DHPersonal 3y agoThe way I see it is that it's an attempt to gain support by suggesting a two-phase construction project with only the intention of ever completing phase one — the smaller buildings.
- bombcar 3y agoThis is exactly what it is - you see these kinds of proposals all the time and the real reason is to make some other proposal look reasonable and a compromise.
