Could fingerprinting without consent be considered illegal data collection under gdpr? Why not? I thought device identifiers were included.
- matheusmoreira 3y agoIf it's not then it sure as hell should be. I'll go even further and say it should be considered an illegal search and a violation of personal integrity, both of which justify violence in self-defense.
