try changing that to e.g. the android onedrive client's id (hint: possibly b26aadf8-566f-4478-926f-589f601d9c74).
a similar trick works for exchange oauth (allowing third-party mail clients).

- SubiculumCode 3y agoAADSTS65002: Consent between first party application 'b26aadf8-566f-4478-926f-589f601d9c74' and first party resource '00000003-0000-0000-c000-000000000000' must be configured via preauthorization - applications owned and operated by Microsoft must get approval from the API owner before requesting tokens for that API. So I don't think so..unfortunately.
