The vast majority of criminals are not that clever or even particularly smart—not even the high-profile ones. Look at the fall of Sam Bankman-Fried for an example.
- WhackyIdeas 3y agoAll this surveillance, with virtually every car just a bug itself and still the criminals can just easily do these thefts without any effort being made to catch them - what the hell is the point of surveillance society when can’t even be bothered to use it for its limited benefits like returning the car to it’s owner.
