Ask HN: Share Your Thoughts on Telehealth

Currently frustrated trying to get doctorondemand.com to work. I tried booking an appointment six months ago, but the app was crashing and support took days to send a reply. I think I booked an appointment today, but it doesn't show in the UI, and now I'm trying to cancel this half-scheduled appointment. Now I'm wondering if the service doesn't work. Has anyone else had experiences with telehealth services they can share?
